OFE academic paper - “A publisher's intellectual property right: Implications for freedom of expression, authors and open content policies”

This study was conducted on commission from OpenForum Europe. It was carried out independently, in conformity with the Declaration of Independence of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW). Its purpose is to unpack the key legal arguments in favour and against the introduction of additional IP rights for publishers.
